Future Plan
The Department of Local Government Engineering (LGED) is an institution under the Local Government Department of the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development, Cooperatives. The Upazila Engineering Department of the Local Government Engineering Department is a division entrusted to the Upazila Parishad. Its main function is to provide technical assistance to the local government institutions including the Upazila Parishad and assistance to the Central Government in the development of rural infrastructure.
